One Hour Utopia is a behavioral-driven redesign of Singapore’s Amoy Street Food Centre, aimed at transforming the one-hour lunch break of CBD office workers. By rethinking spatial flow and integrating nature-inspired design elements, the project minimizes queuing time and maximizes comfort. Fluid layouts, zoned seating, and digital ordering systems cater to diverse user needs—from social dining to quiet rest and grab-and-go efficiency—turning a rushed mealtime into a calm, restorative experience.
