Often met with exclusion and resistance, individuals with autism face challenges in participating in the public sphere due to their impairments. In reality, these spaces offer vital opportunities for connection, growth, and experience. Between Care and Connection seeks to aid in the integration of those on the spectrum – through spaces where learning unfolds through shared experiences – supporting them in developing their skills, and ultimately accessing opportunities and experiences that may have been previously out of reach.
