Reimagining coworking spaces as adaptive hubs for creative synergy .
This project addresses the limitations of current creative workspaces in Singapore, which often lack inclusivity, flexibility, and support for rising creatives, particularly within traditional institutions. In response, the design reimagines the rigid column-grid structure into a dynamic, multi-level co-working hub. By introducing spatial porosity, mezzanine floor plates, and adaptive layouts, the space supports creative exchange, accessibility, and productivity—bridging work, leisure, and community through an open, fluid architectural experience.
